Case study – SWOT analysis

Regardless of the business field in which we operate, analysing the context of the organisation is one of the tools we must use to achieve our goal.

What are the strengths of your business? What needs to be improved in terms of the business (market exit, resources, management, control)? What are the opportunities around you that are conducive to business development? What are your competitors doing better than you? These are some of the questions you need to consider when looking closely at the business you run.
